Verify Your Internet Connection

If your menus are not updating or not showing correct pricing, the first step is always to make sure they are connected to the internet


Connect Your Players to the Internet

How to connect your menus to Ethernet or WiFi internet. If your player showed the message “Player to Server: Disconnected” as shown in the previous video, follow these steps to connect it.


Connect to the New Server

This procedure must be done to ALL media players starting in April 2023! If you followed the steps in the previous videos and are still not getting a connection, make sure your players are connected to the new server.
